Our Story

Kleen Windows was formed in 1982 after its founder, William Whyte, realized that Window Cleaning was a service that was becoming increasingly popular around the Toronto area. With the encouragement of his older brother (Charles Whyte, Author of #1 Best Seller “Blue Jean Millionaire”) Bill began building his small business from his home in Toronto by offering window cleaning services to local residences and store fronts.
 
As Kleen Windows began to grow, Bill hired his younger brother and first employee – Gilbert Whyte within months of starting the business and eventually expanded to 2 crews.

Today -- thirty years later -- Bill’s grown children have joined the Kleen Windows organization bringing with them expertise in the areas of business planning and development, marketing and IT systems. With a loyal and growing customer base, Kleen Windows continues to thrive under the leadership of Bill with the assistance of his brother, children and multiple crews to service the clients across the GTA and surrounding areas.
